FOUR Score - The FOUR Scale is capable of detecting conditions of the vegetative state that the Glasgow Coma Scale does not detect, such as measuring brainstem reflexes, determining eye opening, spectra of motor responses and the presence of abnormal breathing rhythms and a stimulus respiratory.
